Requests for correspondence from hospitals and other health care providers 

Baddow Village Surgery is not the Data Controller for third party information and accordingly you will need to contact any other health care provider directly to obtain copies of correspondence from them.

Other health care providers will copy you in to correspondence they send to your GP but you do need to request this at the time of your appointment.
