Opening Times

The Surgery is open for appointments and general enquiries as follows, however the main phone line is closed between 13:00 and 14:00 for lunch.

Dispensary

The dispensary phone line is open between 10am and midday, and then again between 4pm and 6pm.

When We Are Closed

Outside surgery hours our out of hours provider, Prime Care, can be contacted by telephoning the main surgery telephone number 01245 473251. Patients may be asked to attend a Prime Care Centre (such as the one based at Sainsburys in Springfield) or will be seen at home as appropriate. Telephone advice is often given as a first measure.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Repeat prescriptions will be issued, normally, for patients on long-term treatment, albeit regular reviews are undertaken. Requests for repeat prescriptions should be left in one of the 'repeat prescription boxes' provided. OR MADE ONLINE SHORTLY

Repeat prescriptions cannot be requested by telephone.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST TWO FULL WORKING DAYS BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR PRESCRIPTION.

Parking

The practice does not accept responsibility for any damage to vehicles parked at the surgery. Owners park entirely at their own risk.

Please note our car park gets very busy during peak times.

We are based in a residential area, if you park outside the surgery car park please be considerate of our neighbours.

Disabled Access

Patient services are provided at ground level and a lift is available to access the first floor.

A disabled patients' WC is provided.

If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to give any assistance required.
